The item is a sterling silver garnet and cubic zirconia ring. The ring consists of one oval Mozambique garnet that measures 8 x 6 millimeters. There are two round cubic zirconia set into the metal on each side of the garnet. The ring is a finger size 6 1/4 and we can size it for you at no charge.
