The loveliest quality antique Silver filigree brooch, a lacy meshwork of fine threads woven into a pretty design featuring a floral centrepiece. The whole is crafted by hand with immense skill and painstaking work. Likely bought as a souvenir, pieces such as this were often made on the Continent where filigree work was a traditional craft. Measures 5cm by 3cm and closes with the traditional 'C' clasp.
